Antonio Alessandria is a Sicilian perfumer with a lifelong fascination for fragrance and everything that touches the senses. He grew up between the creativity of his mother’s fashion atelier and the elegance of classical music, but initially chose a scientific career and graduated as an engineer. However, the world of artistic perfumery brought him back to his original passion.
He trained at Mouillettes & Co. in Italy and Cinquième Sens in Paris, where he combined his technical knowledge with olfactory art. Through close collaboration with independent master perfumers, he further deepened his understanding of the complexity of fragrance formulation.
His desire to share this passion led to the opening of Boudoir 36 in Catania in 2005, an intimate perfumery dedicated to niche fragrance art. In less than ten years, Boudoir 36 grew into an internationally recognized reference and Antonio’s expertise was acknowledged in Italy and beyond.
With his own perfume house, Antonio Alessandria creates deep, expressive and layered fragrances that bring together the soul of Sicily, personal memories and pure emotion in a unique signature.
